The Prescription Training Company was set up by John Greene BSc (Hons) MRPharmS, a registered Pharmacist since 1993 with a background in hospital, community pharmacy and academia.

Most recently, John held the position of Principal Pharmacist at Brighton and Hove City Teaching Primary Care Trust, working with Brighton and Hove City Council to lead numerous projects medicines management projects in social care. Leaving his varied roles at the PCT, John decided to concentrate on providing long term medicines management support and an innovative and effective approach to training in the care sector.

Since 2002, John has trained over 12,000 care workers, and nurses to safely administer medication as well as teaching at the University of Brighton as a Visiting Lecturer in Pharmacy Practice. His work at the University has allowed him to transfer the latest teaching techniques to the health and care sector.

Passionate about good training, John's enthusiasm and experience has given the Prescription Training Company a reputation for providing innovative, enjoyable and effective training to staff.
